Excellent delivery process with everything packed so carefully with no damage at all! Very happy that we had spare parts just in case they went missing, which was a nice!

It took us a while to order this item: we needed to understand what it would look like in our house, and what colors to pick. Miri helped us through it all.
When we received it, the chandelier was meticulously packed in a very professional manner, with plenty of cardboard, cushioning material, and two commercial straps.
At unpacking time, we discovered a very well engineered, solid piece of hardware (miles above the Chinese junk we bought for an average chandelier in the US), also thoughtfully packed with some spares (which, of course, we have carefully kept). The installation manual is well written and comes with white install gloves.
The assembed and installed chandelier is stunning ( I’ll post a pic if I can figure how to). It looks as good as we hoped, and much better than we expected in terms of engineering.
