Excellent delivery process with everything packed so carefully with no damage at all! Very happy that we had spare parts just in case they went missing, which was a nice!

First of all, i will tell you once installed the lights are stunning. They change the look of our kitchen. My first step, I purchased the sample box of glass. That box came quickly and also had a small light board so you can view each piece of glass when it is lighted. I highly suggest this as looking at the pictures does not reflect what the lights look like turned on. Before the lights arrived, i expected them to be assembled already, but then i received the installation instructions and found out they have to be carefully assembled. The instructions were clear and concise. Before i sent the installation instructions to our electrician, he quoted me a reasonable price. Once he saw the instructions, the estimate went up by 60%. In the end, they are lovely. Would purchase again.
