Before we even paid, they helped walk us through the size, canopy color and shape, glass color, and what would work for our space. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Plus, they answer any and all questions and are fast to do it, as well as patient. The packaging for shipping is super secure and safe. Installation was also pretty easy. Yeah, it took a bit of time, but not as much as we expected. Actually, about half what we planned. Its easier than it looks, in part because of excellent construction and materials, and because of the clear direction from them. Buy lighting from them! Youll be thrilled! Were SUPER happy.
