Shimal’e was amazing throughout this process. From the size of the pieces, the color choices and how big to make the overall chandelier. The packaging was amazing. One box came very damaged on the outside but everything inside was perfect. Another box did have a few damaged pieces inside but Shimal’e sent extra glass panels so we had no issues with having to wait for new ones. Our electrician installed the fixture in less than a day. We did not have a fixture in this location before so the electrician came up with the idea of using a remote control eliminating the need for new wiring. Overall this is a beautiful artistic product with exceptional customer service.

We havenÂ’t had it installed yet our home is under construction. We are close though. The items thank goodness were packed with care because the postal company not so great ugh. The items are safe. Shimale is very helpful and making sure everything is safe. He is promising he will be available every step of the way until they are lit up. I am grateful heÂ’s so nice.
