Miri is amazing to work with. Quick to respond, understood my needs and helped develop a great design. Everything arrived on time.
I chose to cancel my order after many email between me and Miri. I was told the light I chose would not be appropriate and the potential size suggested would have cost $1,000 which was outside my budget. The pictures are gorgeous listed on Etsy and a little misleading unless you get the very large chandelier.
I was told there would be a $100 cancellation fee which is not mention on the website. As I was in discussion with Miri I did not think any work was done.
the initial refund withheld 126.15 and when i question why it was not $100 as stated Shimale refunded me 26.10 – ok it was only 5 cents but I really think he was trying to make a point with me and i did not appreciate his finally comments
